In her professional life she has worked as a daycare provider, a youth advocate, a victim’s advocate, a drive thru attendant, a Walmart associate, a special education math teacher, a substitute teacher, a youth-in-custody mentor, a waitress, a literacy specialist, a correctional officer, a paperboy, a night custodian, a contractor and a school counselor to name a few. Currently she is captivating audiences as a public speaker.
